SAAPAM supports the growth and development of the next generation of public administration professionals through its student membership category.
Requirements:
- Open to all registered students; no age restrictions apply.
- Applicants must be enrolled at a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proof of current registration must be provided.
- Upload a detailed CV outlining your academic background and interests.
- Submit certified copies of your current qualifications and South African ID or passport.
- Annual Membership Fee: R175
Individual Membership
This category is designed for professionals, academics, practitioners, and researchers in public administration and related fields.
Requirements:
- Open to all individuals; no age restrictions apply.
- Applicants must provide proof of professional or academic engagement in the field of public administration or related disciplines.
- Upload an up-to-date CV highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Submit certified copies of qualifications and South African ID or passport.
- Annual Membership Fee: R400
Institutional Membership
SAAPAM offers institutional membership for organisations such as universities, research centers, government departments, and public entities that wish to support and engage with the association collectively.
Requirements:
- Covers up to 1–15 representatives from the institution.
- The institution must submit an official letter confirming the nominated representatives.
- Each representative must provide a brief CV.
- Certified copies of relevant qualifications and ID for nominated individuals may be requested.
- Annual Membership Fee: R6,500.00
