All certified original copies, date‑stamped and not older than three (3) months, must be attached to the application system.

A non‑refundable application fee applies to all Individual and Institutional membership applications.
Both the application/reactivation fee and the membership fee payable by first‑time applicants or those reactivating their membership are strictly non‑refundable.
The membership year is valid from 1 January to 31 December.
Applications will only be approved once proof of payment of the full membership fee for that year has been received and uploaded to the system or emailed to saapam@tut.ac.za.
All applications for membership will be presented to the SAAPAM Membership Officer for review and approval.
Membership applications will only be processed after proof of payment is received.
Upon approval of the membership application, feedback will be sent to the applicant together with a membership confirmation letter. After payment is received, the applicant will also receive an official acceptance email with details on how and when the membership certificate will be sent via PostNet.
